If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the return of unworn merchandise for merchandise credit within 10 days. 

Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns and exchanges and for our return dropbox address.  

Please keep in mind that ALL SOLID 14k gold items are not refundable as are Customized and commissioned items.
